For patients who need a quick, easy, same day visit with a physician for an acute problem or concern that does not need ongoing appointments.
Often same day appointments available for quick care visit including weekend and evenings. The best way to schedule an after hour appointment is messaging us through the website and we will respond as soon as we can.
*Visit fees do not include labs, treatment recommendations, imaging, or procedures. Yearly lab draws can be billed to insurance. All fees will be transparent and are due at the time of service. Please visit our FAQ page for more information and to learn about our no show/cancelation policy.
Although we do not accept insurance as a direct payment for our services, our office will gladly provide you with your insurance forms so you may be reimbursed from your insurance provider directly. Roots Integrative Medicine, PLLC does not contract with any insurance carriers or Medicare. Medicare will not reimburse for these visits and visits cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement. We can bill insurance for most lab work and some specialty testing.
